I tend to follow a number of council’s and councillors and I find that Councillor Mike Freer, the Leader of Barnet Council tends to be the most active and tweets about breaking news rather than condensed press releases.

@CountCulture Part of the stalled v3 was an open API and database so you could do that if you wanted. Is this worth continuing via email? in reply to CountCulture 2010-02-09
@CountCulture Oddly enough, that was one of the options we were discussing, but didn't think you 'hosted' data as such. in reply to CountCulture 2010-02-09
@davebriggs We listed more and were more (sensibly) location based. Most of the (now stalled) development was aimed at 'residents'. in reply to davebriggs 2010-02-09
@pigsonthewing We did have long discussions over what to do with the data, a wiki might be a good idea - though there are risks. in reply to pigsonthewing 2010-02-09
